This paper introduced a new special welding machine and welding tooling for small hole inside wire filling of tube sheet joint in argon arc welding machine in the tube sheet welding through test and ensured groove preparation methods and welding procedure parameters,by the X-ray test,corrosion test,macro metallographic test,pulled off the test and so on which the results that were satisfactory with welding quality and product requirements.For later the small holes of wire filling welding provides certain theoretical basis for future.
