摘要 目的研究手足口病并发脑炎的脑电图(EEG)、磁共振成像(MRI)及脑脊液(CSF)的表现特点,探讨脑电图、磁共振及脑脊液在小儿手足口病并发脑炎中的诊断价值。方法对32例手足口病并发脑炎患儿行脑电图、磁共振及脑脊液检查,并将观测结果进行回顾性分析。结果在该组资料中,脑电图阳性检出率最高,为90.6%,磁共振阳性检出率为62.5%,脑脊液阳性检出率为65.62%,脑电图与磁共振检查的阳性检出率比较有显著性差异(χ2=7.05P<0.05),有统计学意义;脑脊液与磁共振检查的阳性检出率比较无显著性差异(χ2=0.067P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论脑电图对小儿手足口病并发脑炎的敏感性高,但特异性低,磁共振成像与脑电图和脑脊液相比,能够清楚显示病变的部位、范围,为手足口病并发脑炎的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要依据。 Objective To make a further understanding of the manifestations of Encephalitis in Hand Foot-Mouth Disease,and to evaluate the diagnostic value to Encephalitis in Hand Foot-Mouth Disease with EEG、MRIand CSF.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on EEG、MRI and CSF results of 32 child patients with hand foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis.Results The detection rate with EEG was 90.6%,MRI was 62.5%,CSF was%:There were significant difference between the detection rate of MRI and that of EEG(c2=P0.05);There were no significant difference between the detection rate of MRI and that of CSF(c2=P0.05).Conclusion MRI、EEG and CSFcan provide important information for child patients with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis,EEG is Superior to MRI in sensitivity,but defect in specificity,MRI is superior to EEG and CSF in detecting the viral encephalitic involved sites and in depicting the borders of the viral encepha-litic lesions.
