摘要
应用肟化法简便快速地测定了盐酸青藤碱,选择了合适的水浴温度和加热时间,实验测定的RSD小于0.7%,并与汞液滴定法、酰化法和克氏定氮法的测定结果对照,结果表明肟化法具有较高的准确度和精密度.
A convenient and rapid method was developed for the determination of diversine hydrochloride by reaction of oximation.Suitable reaction temperature by water bath was 338 K and heating time was 90 min.The experimental results showed the RSD was less than 0.7 %. The results are apporoximate with those obtained from mercurimetry,acidation acylation and Kjeldah1 method.This method is accuracy and precision.
