青海省以政府培育为主的新兴产业形成和发展路径分析

新兴产业的发展关系到青海省能否实现经济社会跨越发展的战略目标,本文在对新兴产业的特征和青海省产业发展现状的分析基础上,提出了青海省新兴产业的形成和发展路径应选择市场自发选择和政府培育相结合的模式,在发挥市场基础作用的前提下,还应采用政府培育为主的新兴产业形成和发展路径,并提出了发展新兴产业的相应战略措施。
