《行政处罚法》是规范行政机关行为的一部重要法律,在日常工作中,应强化措施,推动该法的全面贯彻实施,切实保障和监督行政机关依法实施行政管理,提高执法水平,因此,我们必须对其进行研究和探索,找出存在的问题,提出解决的办法,把我国真正建设成为一个法治国家。

The Administrative Punishments Law is an important law to standardize the belaviours of administrative authorities,thus in the daily work,on the one hand,we should take strong measures to push forwand its overan enforcement,and supervise administrative authorities of an levels to make sure that they will perform their administratiion work by law to achieve the goat of improving their law enforcement.On the other hand,we must study,and probe into it and find out the solutions to the existing problems to build a country which is really ruled by law.
