How to Enhance Students' Writing Ability in College English Teaching

英语写作为大学生英语学习所必备的基本能力,长期以来被认为是困扰大学英语教学的难题,也是大学英语教学改革的一个重要方面。为此,本文根据实际教学经验,通过阐述大学生英语写作的相关方面,探讨提高他们英语写作水平的策略,并指出妨碍他们能力发展的错误观念,以适应大学英语教学改革的需要。

As one of the basic abilities of English learning, English writing has been considered as the most difficult aspect of college English teaching as well as one of the important tasks for college English innovation. Therefore, this article mainly deals with something on how to develop writing ability effectively by providing some specific training strategies concerned with the college students＂ writing ability. Finally some misunderstandings involved in English writing are pointed out.
