摘要
目的了解更昔洛韦伍用复方甘草酸苷对带状疱疹病人的疗效。方法将70例带状疱疹病毒病人分成2组,各35例,实验组使用上述药物,对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗。结果用药15d后观察,2组临床症状体征改善及疗效比较,前者优于后者,且具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦伍用复方甘草酸苷治带状疱疹之疗效,优于阿昔洛韦。
Objective Understand the use of ganciclovir Wu glycyrrhizin on the efficacy of herpes zoster patients.Methods 70 cases of zoster virus patients were divided into two groups each 35 patients.Use of these drugs in experimental group while the control group were given acyclovir.Results Observed 15 days after treatment,compared with the clinical symptoms and signs and efficacy of two groups.The former better than the latter,and possessed statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of Wu ganciclovir combination Glycyrrhizin treatment with Herpes zoster,is superior to acyclovir.
