摘要
目的研究不同表面处理方法对钴铬合金与瓷结合力的影响,以寻找合理有效的钴铬合金表面处理方法,为临床钴铬烤瓷修复体的制作和应用提供理论依据。方法本实验根据ISO9693标准中三点弯曲法制作试件,试件随机分3组,每组16个,分别采用600目砂纸打磨,打磨+喷砂及打磨+喷砂+酸洗的表面处理方法,于试件中部烤瓷,通过对结合强度的测试分析,钴铬合金与瓷的结合强度,将结果与Ni-Cr合金组进行比较。结果经过喷砂和喷砂酸洗后,VitaTitankeramik瓷粉与钴铬的结合强度为(47.36±4.52)MPa和(50.44±4.93)MPa,显著高于打磨组的(38.12±3.78)MPa(P<0.05),喷砂和喷砂酸洗组之间无统计学差异。通过喷砂及喷砂处理的各组结合强度均达到ISO9693临床标准(>25MPa)。结论喷砂及喷砂酸洗能有效增强钴铬与瓷的结合力,满足临床应用要求。
Objective To investigate the influence of different surface treatments on the bond strength of porcelain-fused to Co-Cr.Methods 48 Co-Cr samples were prepared and randomly divided to 3 gorups,with 16 samples in each group with different surface treatment.We analysed using a 3-point bending test acconding to the ISO9693.Results After sandblasted and acid-treated,the bond strength of Vita Titankeramilk porcelain to CO-Cr were(38.16±1.32)MPa and(41.41±4.93)MPa,which was significant different to the baruished groups of Co-Cr porcelains(20.85±0.45)MPa(P0.05).There was no significant diffence between Sandblasted and acid-treated.Conclusion Sandblasting and acid-treatment can significantly improve the bond strengh of porcelain-Co-Cr.
