奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗肝硬化并发上消化道出血的临床观察

Mr Song Peptide Joint Panxi Paclobutrazol Treat Liver Cirrhosis Intercurrent Benito Pull Clinical Observation of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗肝硬化并发上消化道出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的89例患者,治疗组45例,采用奥曲肽与泮托拉唑治疗;对照组44例,采用立止血与泮托拉唑治疗,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,平均止血天数2.14d,对照组总有效率84.1%,平均止血天数3.86d,治疗组明显高于对照组,有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑是治疗肝硬化并发上消化道出血的有效药物,值得在临床上推广。

Objective Explore Mr Song peptide joint panxi paclobutrazol treat liver cirrhosis intercurrent benito pull the curative effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A retrospective study of 89 patients were 45 cases,the treatment group,using Mr Song peptide and benzodiazepines paclobutrazol torre treatment group pulled by 44 cases,torre made hemostatic and benzodiazepines paclobutrazol treatment,compared to pull two group curative effect.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 93.3%,average hemostatic days 2.14 days,the comparison group total effectiveness 100% in average hemostatic days 3.86 days,significantly higher than the control group in treatment group,have apparent statistically significant（P0.05）.conclusion Mr Song peptide joint panxi Joe paclobutrazol treatment is liver cirrhosis intercurrent pull of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in clinically effective drugs,and promotion.
