摘要
评价术中胆道造影对于预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆总管残石的作用。通过70例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术术中胆道造影的应用,所有患者造影成功,其中20例造影结果阳性且手术证实造影结果。选择性术中胆道造影对于预防胆总管残石有重要作用。
The effect of intraoperative cholangiography during laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the prevention of residual common bile duct stone in evaluation of patients.Through 70 cases of the application of intraoperative cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and all patients successful angiography,in which imaging was positive in 20 cases confirmed by surgery and angiography results.Intraoperative cholangiography prevent bile duct for residual stones play an important role in selective surgery
