MMP-2C-735T基因多态性与高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘要 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase 2,MMP-2)C-735T与原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)伴颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)技术测定MMP-2 C-735T基因多态性。结果 AS组的T等位基因频率明显高于NS组(x^2=7.144,P=0.008)。结论 MMP-2基因C-735T多态性可能与汉族EH患者伴CAS有关,T等位基因可能增加EH患者伴发CAS的风险。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 (MMP-2) -735C/T and essential hypertension accompanied by carotid atherosclerosis in Chinese Han population. Methods Genotypes were detected hy polymerase chain reactions followed by restriction analyses with specific endonucleases and their frequencies were determined. Results halividuals with TF genotype were 2.244 times as likely to suffer from essential hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis as those ones with CC and CT genotypes. Conclusion The single nucleotide polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase -2( MMP - 2) -735C/T is probably associated with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension in Chinese Han population.
