摘要
在对蜂窝夹层板结构进行有限元分析时,要对其进行等效处理,采取等效方法的合理性将直接影响到计算结果的准确性。分别采用Reissner理论、Hoff理论、三明治夹芯板理论三种不同的等效方法建立有限元模型,然后进行了静力分析和模态分析,并将每种等效方法的计算结果与实体单元建立的蜂窝夹层板模型计算结果进行了比较。与Reissner理论、Hoff理论相比,采用三明治夹芯板理论等效方法的位移精度、应力精度、频率精度分别提高了0.195%~0.776%、2.066%~6.788%、0.194%~5.878%。研究表明采用三明治夹芯板理论对蜂窝夹层板结构进行等效要优于其他两种等效理论。
For the finite element analysis(FEA) of honeycomb sandwich plates,the equivalent elastic constants directly influence the accuracy of results.In present research,three equivalent methods,including Reissner theory,Hoff theory and sandwich theory are used separately to perform the static and mode analysis for honeycomb sandwich plates.The calculation results obtained by each equivalent theory are compared with the results of 3-D solid element model.Results reveal that using the sandwich theory,compared with Reissner theory and Hoff theory,the displacement precision,the stress precision and the frequency precision increase about 0.195%~0.776%,2.066%~6.788% and 0.194%~5.878%,respectively.In general,the sandwich theory is better than the other two equivalent theories.
