我国体育慈善事业发展的现实困境与路径选择

On Difficulty and Choices Confronting Development of Sports Charities in China

从体育慈善的内涵入手,分析研究我国体育慈善事业目前的状态,指出了我国体育慈善事业当前面临的现实困境主要是体育慈善力量弱小,缺少体育慈善榜样人物,受相关法律制度限制,体育慈善组织体制不健全。旨在通过研究寻找我国体育慈善事业发展过程中的不足,提出有针对性的发展策略,促进我国体育慈善事业的健康快速发展。研究认为我国体育慈善事业的发展需要大力弘扬体育慈善文化,普及体育慈善意识,建立多元化的体育慈善监督体系,加快建设体育慈善法律制度,建立健全各类体育慈善组织。

It is initially analyzed in this article the sports connotation of charity, and the status quo of sports charity. It is then pointed out in the article that the sports charity＇ s main difficulties lies in the reality of the weakness of sports charity, lack of role models sports charity, and its limitedness by the relevant legal system with sports charity organizational system rather imperfect. This study aims to find the cause of sports charity so as to point out the development strategy which is helpful to promote healthy sports and rapid development of philanthropy. It suggests that the development of sports philanthropy charity call for vigorous promotion of sports culture, sport charity awareness, and the establishment of a wide range of sports charity monitoring system. It is also of great need to accelerate the construction of sports charity based on a healthy legal system, and to establish and improve various sports charity.
