摘要
重大工程建设选址,必须了解厂区及周围地质断层的活动性,它是评价工程抗震能力的重要依据之一。根据地震反射层与地质层位关系,我们曾在北京市、定州市及邯郸市等地,为国家重点建设工程选址,用浅层地震反射法探测活断层,均取得较好的地质效果,为评价工程抗震性能提供了可信的资料。
Abstract
In choosing the site for an important construction project, we must know
the activity of faults within or surrounding the factory area, which seems to
be one of the major bases for evaluating antiseismic capacity of the constru-
ction project.
Based on the relationship between the seismic reflection layer and the
stratigraphic horizon, the author used the shallow seismic reflection method
to investigate active faults during the siting of important construction projects
in such cities as Beijing, Dingzhou and Handan. The results obtained have
yielded fairly good geological effects and thus provide reliable data for evalu-
ating antiseismic capacity of the construction project.
