加强医药卫生高职院校青年管理工作人员队伍建设的若干思考

Strengthens the Youth Troop Construction of Medical Colleges

医学教育管理工作是发展卫生高职教育、培养高质量人才的关键,而卫生高职院校青年管理工作人员的培养同青年专任教师的培养同样重要,他们的培养发展关系到一所学校的未来发展,也将影射出高职教育的管理水平。能否培养出优秀的青年教职工作为学校教学管理工作中坚力量的补充,是卫生高职教育工作建设好坏的一项重要指标。近些年随着卫生高职教育的蓬勃发展,青年教职工的队伍也随之不断扩大,然而部分高职院校在高度重视青年专任教师队伍管理的同时,却忽略了青年管理岗位工作人员队伍的建设,突显了一系列随之而来的矛盾与困扰,阻碍了高职教育的进一步快速、健康发展。现就青年管理岗位工作的现实处境和今后工作应注意的问题进行若干思考。

The work of medical educational administration is the key of developing health vocational education and training high quality personnel.However,the training of the youth management staff in health higher vocational colleges is as important as the training of youth full-time teachers,whose relationship and development concerns a college＇s future development.It will also reflect the management level of vocational education.It is an important index of health higher vocational education＇s construction that whether can train youth outstanding teaching staff as the complement of college＇s teaching administration backbone.In recent years,with the vigorous development of health higher vocational education,youth staff are continuously expanding.However,while attaching great importance to the management of full-time teachers,some higher vocational colleges has neglected the construction of youth staff in management positions,which highlights a series of subsequent conflicts and problems,hampers the further rapid and healthy development of higher vocational education.Now,this paper puts forward some ideas on the realistic situation of youth administration staff and the problems be noticed in their future work.
