预备体边缘设计对瓷贴面应力分布的影响

The Influences of Preparation Marginal Design on Stress Distribution of Porcelain Veneer

摘要 瓷贴面以其边缘密合度好、颜色稳定、美观、抗着色、良好的生物相容性、不易附着菌斑、耐磨性强、粘接脱落率较低等优点而被认为是一种理想的前牙美容修复方法。预备体边缘设计的改良可以降低修复体瓷层的应力分布,从而有效防止修复体折裂,延长其临床使用寿命。本文就预备体颈缘、邻面、切端的设计对瓷贴面应力分布的影响作一综述。
