清咽滴丸抗柯萨奇病毒B3,B5的实验研究

目的:探讨清咽滴丸在细胞水平及血清水平对柯萨奇病毒B3、B5(CVB3、CVB5)的抑制作用。方法:利用CPE法和MTT法在细胞水平上检验清咽滴丸抗CVB3、CVB5感染的作用;观察不同时间段的含药血清抑制CVB3、CVB5的情况,进而在血清水平上验证清咽滴丸的抗病毒作用。结果:(1)细胞水平上,清咽滴丸在7.81×10-5g/mL时对CVB3的抑制作用最好,在3.91×10-4g/mL时对CVB3的治疗作用最强。血清水平上,当血药浓度1:10且在灌胃65 min时对CVB3呈现最好的抑制作用,抑制率达到58.74%(P<0.05)。(2)细胞水平上,清咽滴丸在7.81×10-5 g/mL时对CVB5的抑制作用最好,在3.91×10-5 g/mL时对CVB5的治疗作用最强。血清水平上,当血药浓度1:10且在灌胃85 min时对CVB5呈现最好的抑制作用,抑制率达到74.23%(P<0.05)。结论:清咽滴丸有一定的抗柯萨奇病毒B3、B5的功效。

Objective： To study the inhibitory effect of Qingyan diwan on CVB3 and CVB5 at the cellular level and the serum level in vitro.Methods：The effectiveness of Qingyan diwan in the Vero cells infected by CVB3 and CVB5 were observed by CPE and MTT methods at the cellular level.The antiviral mechanisms were investigated by two different ways.The effects of serum containing Qingyan diwan in different concentrations on CVB3 and CVB5 were observed in order to make further verification on the antiviral effectiveness of Qingyan diwan at the serum level.Results：（1） Qingyan diwan could inhibit the pathogenicity of CVB3 when Qingyan diwan was diluted to 7.81×10-5 g/mL and could cure the cells infected by CVB3 on 3.91×10-4 g/mL.Qingyan diwan showed the best inhibitory rate on CVB3 in 1：10 the addible quantity of drug-contained serum after given the drug 65 min.The inhibitory rate of 65 min was 58.74%（P0.05）.（2） Qingyan diwan could inhibit the pathogenicity of CVB5 when Qingyan diwan was diluted to 7.81×10-5 g/mL and could cure the cells infected by CVB5 on 3.91×10-5 g/mL.Qingyan diwan showed the best inhibitory rate on CVB5 in 1：10 the addible quantity of drug-contained serum after given the drug 85 min.The inhibitory rate of 85 min was 74.23%（P0.05）.Conclusion：Qingyan diwan has the effects of anti-CVB3 and anti-CVB5.
