摘要
目的:测定渗透型树脂暴露在光照下颜色的稳定性。方法:32颗离体牙用脱矿液脱矿,形成釉质龋,随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),然后用渗透型树脂处理。实验组每天进行光照实验,对照组避光处理。用Crystaleye分光光度计电脑比色仪分别在树脂渗透前和渗透后24 h、15 d、1个月、3个月5个时间点,对两组牙齿进行比色。分别记录每次比色后每颗牙齿的L*、a*、b*值,根据色差公式△E=〔(△L*)2+(△a*)2+(△b*)2〕1/2,以渗透后24 h为基线,计算出各组△E值,比较离体牙不同时间段和处理方式的色差变化有无统计学差异。结果:A组渗透后各时间段总色差值在1.15~2.33之间,B组渗透后各个时间段总色差值在0.8~2.31,均未超过人肉眼可明显辨别的范围。结论:渗透型树脂对光照反应不明显,实验组和对照组没有明显的差异。
Objective: To determine the color stability of infiltration in carious lesions subject to exposured to light irradiation(sun test).Methods:32 artifical incipient lesions created out of extracted teeth following a demineralization protocol were divided in two groups(n=16): After infiltration,group A underwent a sun test.Group B served as a control and was stored in aquadest for 3 months.CIE L*a*b*values,were taken at 5 intervals: before infiltration and 24 h,15 days,1 month,3 months after infiltration by using Olympus Crystaleye spectrophotometer.Acording to ΔE=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2,ΔL,Δa,Δb and ΔE values were calculated to determine the extent of color change.Results: After infiltration,total ΔE values of group A was between 1.15~2.33,and group B was 0.8~2.31.The change of colour could not be detected evidently by human eyes.Conclusion: Light irradiation will not influence the colour of infiltration.
