粗糙度对流体泄漏和摩擦阻力的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 在分析了流体接触表面粗糙度对流体泄漏和流体摩擦阻力影响的基础上,确定了全膜润滑状态下流体接触表面粗糙度的范围,并创建了不同表面粗糙度下的泄漏流体运动的网格模型,运用FLUENT仿真软件模拟出不同模型下泄漏流体的速度分布、体积流量、平均速度,据此计算得到其泄漏流体沿程阻力系数和流体摩擦阻力,并比较了其大小。在此基础上,确定了流体泄漏最小和流体摩擦阻力最小的最优粗糙度。 Based on the analysis of the effect of the leakage and friction of fluid casused by the roughness of surfaces which contact with fluid,the scope of roughness of full-film lubrication was determined,and the grid models were built.The velocity distribution,volume flowrate and average velocity of fluid of different models were simulated by FLUENT software.And the frictional drag coefficient and friction of fluid were worked out according to it.And their magnitudes were compared with each other.Based on it,the optimal roughness for the least leakage and friction of fluid was determined.
