摘要
分析了丁二烯水值超标的原因,排除了第一分馏塔负荷过大等因素,提出了通过对第一分馏塔回流罐结构的改造来降低丁二烯水值的方法.在改造中采用,解决了丁二烯水值长期超标的问题.
This article analyzes causes for butadiene which contains water that exceeds standard, as well as the removed effective factors, such as 1st Fractionator’s load which is bigger, etc, to advance the method of reducing butadiene water quantity through transformation of the structure of 1st Fractionator Reflux Drum. In the transformation used to solve the question of butadiene which contains water in excess of standard.
