山西省黄河干流水资源利用现状及开发对策研究

Research of the Current Utilization Situation and Exploitation Countermeasure of Water Resources in Main Stream of Yellow River in Shanxi Province

在分析山西省沿黄河干流4市19县(市)利用黄河干流水资源现状以及开发利用中存在的主要问题的基础上,针对问题和沿黄地区发展需要,提出加大开发利用黄河干流水资源的工程措施和政策保障措施。

In this paper,on the basis of analyzing problems in exploiting and utilizing water resources of Yellow River main stream in 4 cities and 19 counties which belong to Shanxi Province and along to Yellow River,the engineering measures and policy suppot measure of how to further exploit and utilize water resources of Yellow River main stream are put forward.
