摘要
采用化学浸镀锌法,在铝合金表面去除氧化膜的同时覆盖锌膜,以此改变铝合金表面的氧化状态,为实现大气环境、无中间合金条件下超塑成形/扩散连接(SPF/DB)试验提供可能.结果表明,采用一定的浸镀液及工艺可获得最佳的表面覆盖效果;覆盖于连接表面的锌膜,改善了铝合金表面的氧化状态,且锌元素参与了连接过程的金属间互扩散,实现了大气无保护气氛条件下的超塑成形/扩散连接.
The possibility of superplasticity formation/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) of LY11 alloy free of vacuum is tested by changing surface oxidize condition with the immersion method. The results show that the best cover efficiency can be gained by using certain immersion solution and the technology. The immersion zinc has improved the oxidizing state , acts as intermediate metal and participates in the course of DB. Then the SPF/DB of LY11 alloy free of vacuum has been realized.
