The development course of boronizing technology was looked back.The theory and practice of pack boronizing were introduced,including the boronizing mechanism,the microstructures and properties of boronized case of steel,the pack boronizing of cold work and hot work die steels,stainless steel and heat-resistant steel as well as the applications of pack boronizing process to certain parts.
