6Cr13钢制钢丝剪是一种医疗器械,生产中发生批量断裂。宏观和微观检验发现,钢丝剪断裂是由于锻造工艺不当,导致组织过热、网状碳化物析出、脆性增大而造成的。
Wire-cutter,a kind of medical instrument made of 6Cr13 steel,broke in group during production.Macro-and micro-examinations revealed that the wire-cutter breaking arose from overheating during forging,causing precipitation of network carbide and increase of britlleness.
