摘要
对以锆硅渣为原料,通过煅烧—酸洗方法制备白炭黑进行了试验研究。结果表明,酸浓度对产物SiO2品位影响最显著,确定的优化试验条件为煅烧温度300℃、煅烧时间4h、酸浓度2mol/L、液固比10∶1、酸洗温度90℃。所制得白炭黑产物主要由无定形SiO2组成,SiO2品位大于95%,产出率98%。产物粒度分布均匀,无明显团聚现象,孔径分布范围较广,孔体积较大,孔道较发达。
By calcining and acid-washing Zr-containing silica residue to prepare silica.The results show that acid concentration on silica product quality was the most significant.Determined the optimum experimental conditions: calcination temperature of 300℃,calcination time of 4 hours,acid concentration 2mol/L,liquid to solid ratio of 10:1,acid washing temperature 90℃.The obtained product mainly consists of amorphous silica,and the grade of SiO2 is greater than 95%,98% yield.The product is equally distributed in size,no obvious agglomeration and has the bigger pore volume,the pore canal is well distribution.
