摘要
通过自身的工程实践和国内经验的借鉴,总结出基于强度的钢圆煤斗竖壁优化设计方法。在钢圆煤斗竖壁简化的两端固定梁计算模型基础上,考虑了圆煤斗竖壁和环向加劲肋的环向空间约束作用,并将其归结为平面弹性地基梁模型,按第四强度理论建立了确定竖壁厚度的解析表达式。解析表达式概念清晰,并能方便地应用于工程设计,对钢圆煤斗竖壁的设计(尤其是竖壁厚度的确定)有较为明确的指导意义。最后,以具体工程为例,叙述并总结了该设计方法。
According to the own engineering practice and the reference of domestic experience,optimization design method of the vertical wall of a steel round coal bunker based on strength is summarized.Based on simplified fixed-end calculation model of beam,the round spatial restraint action of vertical wall and stiffeners are considered in the calculation model,final calculation model of the problem is a beam lying on elastic ground base,an analytical expression to determine the thickness of vertical wall are set up according to the fourth strength theory.The analytical expression with clear concept is convenient for engineer to use in steel round coal bunker design(especially to determine the thickness of vertical wall).At the end of the paper,a typical engineering example is used to describe the design method mentioned above.
