摘要
2011年世界大学生运动会主体育场钢结构形式为单层折面空间网格结构,具有悬挑长度大,支撑少等特点,采用高空原位拼装法进行安装。结构变形受温度影响,给结构合龙施工带来困难。结构合龙过程采用有限元软件MIDAS进行模拟分析,制作使用快速连接接头等,顺利完成结构的合龙,且安装误差小。对该结构合龙的施工模拟有指导意义,同时对类似结构施工具有参考价值。
The structure for the main stadium of 2011 Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center is a single folded surface grid structure,which features long cantilever,less braces and so on.High altitude in situ assembling method is used to erect the structure,whose deformation is affected by temperature,so the closure construction is difficult.Finite element software MIDAS is used to simulate the closure process,and quick connecting joints and so on are also used to close the structure successfully with few misalignment.Which has guiding significance to the simulation of unloading construction of this structure and valuable reference to construction of similar structures.
