摘要
南京红太阳华东Mall B2栋钢结构工程跨度大、重量重,屋面结构为双层网架,厚度达8.5m。周圈格构柱和边桁架采用分段吊装法施工,屋面网架采用整体提升法施工。针对屋面网架整体提升技术进行研究和阐述,重点介绍提升吊点设置、施工阶段验算、整体提升控制措施等关键技术,并利用结构分析软件MIDAS和ANSYS对网架结构的整体提升施工进行模拟分析,保证施工的顺利进行和结构安全,确保了工程质量。
Nanjing Red Sun Eastchina Mall B2 steel structure is a long span structure,whose roof is a double space frame with a thickness of 8.5 m.The construction method of lattice column and fringe truss is segment lifting,and that of the roof space frame is integral lifting.It is studied and expounded the integral lifting construction technology of the space frame,and with emphasis on the setting of lifting points,check on construction stage and control measures for integral lifting and so on.It is also simulated the construction process of the space frame integral lifting using structure analysis software MIDAS and ANSYS.The technical measures ensure construction security and engineering quality.
