东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞的近期疗效观察

东菱精纯克检酶是一种单成分溶血栓促微循环的新型血栓治疗剂。无锡市第三人民医院神经内科用该药治疗23例脑梗塞，总有效率82．6％，腔隙性脑梗塞疗效较好，而大片脑梗塞疗效较差。本药治疗疗程短、见效快，是治疗脑梗塞的一种新药。
