固体发动机在温度载荷下的结构分析

摘要 为研究温度载荷对固体发动机的影响,进行了发动机在低温和温度周变载荷下的热-应力耦合仿真分析,得出在两种载荷下发动机的温度分布和应力应变响应。在低温载荷下,壳体和绝热层的交界面处热应力最大,是发动机的热应力危险部位;药柱內孔的应变最大,是产生裂纹的危险部位。在温度周变载荷下,最大应力出现在距离药柱內孔0.346m处,是发动机的脱粘危险界面。 Thermalstress numerical simulation was carried out on solid propellant motor under the load of low temperature or temperature periodic variation environment temperature in order to investigate the temperature effect. The temperature fields and the stress-strain responds were obtained. It is shown that the maximal thermal stress appears at the interface of shell and insulator under low temperature, and it is the dangerous area of the solid motor caused by thermal stress. The maximal strain appears at the inside boundary of the motor grain, where is the dangerous place caused crack. Under the load of temperature periodic variation, the maximal thermal stress appears at 0. 346m away from the inside boundary, it is the dangerous area of the grain to be apart.
