一维介质光子晶体用于雷达隐身技术的研究

摘要 为解决机载/弹载雷达舱隐身问题,文中采用特征矩阵法计算了含缺陷的一维光子晶体电磁特性,主要研究了在一维周期结构的光子晶体中引入缺陷对电磁波透过率的影响。研究发现,通过改变缺陷的材料以及缺陷的尺寸均能够对缺陷模的电磁特性进行控制,这就为将含缺陷的一维介质光子晶体应用于雷达隐身提供了理论支持。 In this paper, the electromagnetic characters of one-dimensional dielectric photonic crystal with defect were calculated by the transfer matrix method to solve the problem of the stealthy technology of the missile's guidance head cover and onboard radar canopy. The research was focused on the transmittance of electromagnetic wave transmitted through the one-dimensional dielectric photonic crystal with defect. It can be concluded that the material and the dimension of defect can influence the electromagnetic characters significantly. These conclusions can he used in the application in radar stealthy.
