摘要
用带蒂的颞肌瓣营养内耳，治疗感音神经性聋 １０ 例，随访 １～２ 年，语言骨导听力曲线平均提高 １５ｄ Ｂ５ 例；耳鸣消失３ 例，减轻 ２ 例；眩晕消失 ２ 例，减轻 １ 例。颞肌瓣的长宽之比为３：１，肌瓣必须覆盖在半规管及内淋巴囊之上并用丝线固定，术后创面彻底止血并放置引流片，应用抗生素、血管扩张剂及营养神经的药物。
The authors made a temporal muscular flap whose scale of the length and width was 3:1,then covered it on the semicircular canal and endolymphatic sac and fixed the flap with silk thread,then put drainage piece after operation,finally used antibiotic, vasodilator and other drugs which can nourish the nerve.103 cases with sound perceiving nerve deafness were treated in this way ,and followed up from 1 to 2 years,5 cases increased the hearing by the osseosonometry by 15dB;3 cases have their tinnitus disappeared,2 cases have it decreased;2 cases have their vertigo disappeared,1 case has it decreased.
