摘要
以填充了导电炭黑的导电硅橡胶和绝缘硅橡胶为主体材料,分别采用质量比1∶9;3∶7配比进行混炼、制备,研究了压力下复合材料的介电特性.实验结果表明:在恒压下样品介电常数实部ε′随外加电场频率的增加而减小;在恒压、同频率时导电硅胶含量大的样品介电常数大;在同频率时,增大压应力,样品介电常数实部ε′都会增加,导电硅胶含量大,增幅大.
Using dielectric silicone rubber and electric silicone rubber dispersed by graphitized carbon black as main materials and mixing them in mass proportions of 1 : 9 and 3 : 7 respectively, we studied the dielectric properties of the silicone polymer composites under pressure. The results show that under permanent pressure, the real part of the complex permittivity of the composite decreases with the increasing frequency of extra electric field. And under the same frequency and compressive stress the higher proportion the electric silicone is, the larger the permittivity is. Under the same frequency, the real part of complex permittivity of both kinds of composites increases with the increasing compressive stress and the higher the proportion of electric silicone rubber is, the higher the increase of permittivity will be.
