摘要
为研究１５％ 硝酸银鼻腔局部应用治疗变态反应性鼻炎的效果和机理，将１５％ 硝酸银涂敷于下鼻甲前端和相对应的鼻中隔粘膜。结果表明，打喷嚏、流水样涕、鼻塞、头痛，分别有７６．４％ 、７４．２％ 、６８．９％ 、７４．０％ 的患者得到控制和缓解，随访１～３ 年，２６．９％ 的患者疗效较好，余者在初次治疗后６ 个月至３ 年内复发，经２～３ 次治疗临床症状缓解和得到控制。提示该法治疗变态反应性鼻炎和血管舒缩性鼻炎效果较好，且使用方便、安全，可反复使用，无副作用，患者易接受。
Eighty nine cases were treated with coating method with 15% silver nitrate on the front of inferior nasal concha and the septum mucosa.The results indicated that syndromes such as sneezing,watery rhinorrhea,nasal obstruction and headache were remitted at the rate of 76.4%,74 2%,68 9%,74 0% respectively.Followed up from 1 to 3 years,26.9% of the patients got good results,others reoccurred at a period of 6 to 36 months,but was remitted or controlled by treating 2～3 times.The study shows that 15% silver nitrate is a promising mode of treatment for allergic and vasomotor rhinitis,as it is safe and can be used repeatedly.
