摘要
合成了3种Keggin结构取代型杂多钼硅酸盐二茂铁催化剂,并以正戊醇和冰乙酸为原料催化合成了乙酸正戊酯.探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂的用量、反应时间对酯化率的影响及催化剂的重复使用情况.结果表明:醇酸物质的量比为2.0∶1、催化剂用量占反应物总质量的0.5%、反应时间2.5 h时为最佳条件;催化剂重复使用3次后活性无明显下降.
Three kinds of ferrocene and molybdosilicic heteropoly substituted with Keggin structure were synthesized.The n-amyl acetate was synthesized from the reaction of acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol.The effects of molar ratio of n-amyl alcohol to glacial acetic acid,dosage of catalyst,reaction time on the esterification ratio and reuse of catalyst were discussed.The results showed that the Molar ratio of ethanol to acetic acid is 2.0∶1,the dosage of catalyst is 0.5% of the material gross,reaction time is 2.5 h.Moreover,after continuous use for three times,the activity of the catalyst hardly descend.
