摘要
为在支撑喉镜及手术显微镜下切除声带息肉等喉良性病变，在静脉麻醉及局麻下对 ３４ 例施行支撑喉镜喉显微手术。结果表明，手术疗效良好。提示在静脉麻醉及局麻下可对声带息肉等喉良性病变行支撑喉镜喉显微手术。
Thirty four patients treated intravenous anesthesia and local anesthesia were resected polyp of vocal cord with self retaining laryngoscope and microsurgery.The results showed good effects.It is suggested that it is a good method to treat polyp of vocal cord and other benign tumor of larynx.
