摘要
手术治疗了１６ 例鳃裂瘘管，其中第一鳃裂瘘５ 例，第二鳃裂瘘７ 例，第三鳃裂瘘４ 例。术前作瘘道碘油造影确定瘘管走向，手术时先常规检查瘘管口，注入１％ 亚甲蓝，沿瘘管钝性分离，于高位结扎切断。手术均获成功，随访２ 年无复发。
Sixteen cases with cleft cheek fistula were treated surgery. Among them,5 cases were the first cleft cheek fistula,7 cases were the second,and 4 cases were the third.Treated fistulography with idodized oil roentgenograph to make sure the tread before operation,then examined the nozzle, injected 1% methylenum blue,separated fistula from tissue and ligated the fistula root. Followed up 2 years,there were no relapse occurred.
