现行的边境贸易外汇管理政策也包含跨境贸易人民币结算的内容,跨境贸易人民币结算相关政策的实施,必然对现行边境贸易外汇管理政策产生一定影响。因此,进一步理顺两类政策的关系,做到有序衔接是发挥政策效果和提高监管效率的关键。

The existing border trade policies of foreign exchange management include the content of cross-border trade settlement of RMB, which is bound to impact foreign exchange management when the relative policies are issued. Therefore, rationalizing the relationship between the two types of policies further, is the key to affect the policies and improve the efficiency of supervision.
