耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性体位性眩晕

TREATING BENIGN PAROXYSMAL POSITIONAL VERTIGO (BPPV) WITH OTOLITH REPOSITION

用Ｅｐｌｅｙ 首创的耳石复位法（ＰＲＭ）治疗后半规管性良性阵发性体位性眩晕（ＢＰＰＶ）。２ 周后复查，结果显示，眩晕消失１４ 例，无体位性眩晕，但有头昏２ 例，眩晕症状改善２ 例，无效１ 例。近期治愈率为７３．７％ （１４／１９），总有效率为９４．７％ （１８／１９），提示ＰＲＭ 是一种快捷，无损伤治疗后半规管性ＢＰＰＶ

Ninteen cases of posterior semicircular canal BPPV were treated with otolith reposition.Reexamined after 2 weeks,14 cases disappeared vertigo,2 cases had no positional vertigo but they were dizzy,2 cases improved the syndromes,1 case had no effeciency. The cure rate was 73.7%, as well as the effective rate was 94.7%.It is suggests that PRM is a rapid,effective method to treat BPPV.
