摘要
采用皮片和皮瓣为２３ 耳行外耳道成形术，其中采用表层皮片１２ 耳，术后持续扩张３～６ 月，未发生狭窄或闭锁；采用中厚皮片７ 耳，术后不扩张，供皮区无瘢痕增生；采用皮瓣４ 耳，术后未扩张，外耳道无狭窄或闭锁。提示在外耳道成形术中应根据具体情况选择合适的移植物。
Twenty three ears were treated plastic operation on external auditory canal with skin flap and skin graft.Among them,12 ears used epiderm had continous dilatation for 3～6 months,and no constrictive or atretic condition occured;7 ears used intermediate split thickness skin graft had no dilatation after operation,and no scars in donor;4 ears used skin flap had no dilatation after operation,and no constrictive or atretic condition in external auditory canal.The study indicated that the transplants should be selected according to the circumstances.
