近几年,建筑施工企业的工程质量投诉呈现上升趋势。同时在投诉中也发现了一些质量问题比较严重的工程没能得到及时处理。这些投诉的发生不仅对企业的声誉造成了一定影响,更为严重的是由于对投诉中反映的问题处理不及时,或处理不当,会给实体工程质量留下隐患。因此有必要加强对工程质量投诉的管理工作。
