文书变造人利用擦刮方式对纸质文书上某些关键的字符、图案进行擦刮处理、人为改变文书原有内容的同时,必然对纸张纤维形态造成一定影响并形成相应的特征。纸张纤维形态的改变作为擦刮文书中最为本质的特征之一,可以为鉴定人员判明文书擦刮事实、认定文书擦刮方式及工具等专门性问题提供重要的客观依据。
