摘要
研究了"灰分自动跟踪闭环控制",探讨了提高"灰分自动跟踪闭环控制"精度的方法。小青矿实施"灰分自动跟踪闭环控制"后,跳汰系统对原煤煤质变化的适应性大幅度提高,处理量得到有效、合理地提升,增加了低灰、中灰、高灰精煤的回收率,特别是高灰低质煤得到了高效回收,控制了矸中带煤和煤中含矸的发生,为企业带来显著的经济效益。
Introduce closed circle control ash of products system by jig and the methods improving it's precision. After using this system in Xiaoqingkuang coal preparation plant,jigging system has a strong adaption to the variance of coal quality, improve the handing capacity and clean coal recovery of low, medium, high ash content, control effectively gangue content of coal, bring remarkable economic benefits.
