摘要
为解决当前矿用高低浓度甲烷传感器在测量切换点误差大、功耗大、零点漂移严重等问题,提出了一种基于单元件的高低浓甲烷传感器的设计方法。系统输入为21V电流本安电源,并通过高效率低冲击电流的开关电源降压芯片给信号处理电路供电。利用AT89C52单片机进行信号处理,性能可靠,价格低廉。实验结果表明:该系统不仅能准确测量甲烷浓度,而且能远距离传输、成本及功耗低、实时性强、可靠性高。
In order to solve existing problems of mine-used high and low concentration methane sensor,such as large error between different measurement ranges,high loss of power and serious zero drift,a novel design for high-and low-concentration methane sensor with single sensing element has been proposed here.The input of this proposed system is direct current 21V,which is supplied by intrinsic safety power source.Through a high efficient and low impulse current switching regulator,the intrinsic safety power source supplies the signal processing circuit.AT89C52 MCU is used to process the sensing signal with reliable performance and low cost.The experimental results shows many advantages of this novel methane sensing system,such as accurate measurement,long distance transmission,low cost,low power loss,strong real-time and high reliability.
