根据列车轮对检修作业要求,采用模块化结构和新型可编程人机界面控制器,设计控制系统方案,研制轮对清洗机,编写出实现清洗作业的程序。

According to the overhaul requirements of train wheel set, by using modularization structure design method and a new type of man-machine interface PLC, a new kind of cleaning machine was developed. The plan of Control System was designed, PLC program was written to achieve cleaning operation.
