摘要
循环冷却水系统长时间运行,水份不断蒸发,含盐浓度逐渐浓缩,造成硬度变大;循环冷却水的水温和pH值等又适宜多数微生物的生长和繁殖,结果导致大量的粘泥沉积在金属表面上;为确保系统正常运行,需要对循环冷却水进行加药处理,同时,对加药系统原理、水质检测参数选择、加药设备配置等情况也进行了介绍。
When circulating cooling water system performance for a long time,water is vaporized and the salt concentration in water becomes larger,which makes water become harder.Moreover,the temperature and pH value of circulating cooling water is suitable for the growth and reproduction of most of microbial,which will result in great amount of slime sticking to surface of metal.Therefore,in order to ensure normal performance of the system,the circulating cooling water should be treated by dosing.In this article,the principle of dosing,the selection of water monitoring parameters and the dosing equipment disposition were introduced.
