摘要
论述了影响面粉品质及面粉加工精度的主要因素,从小麦品质、制粉工艺、面粉粗细度、磨辊表面技术特性、着水量和润麦时间、面粉添加剂的影响等不同角度进行了分析并提出了解决这些问题的具体措施。
The main factors that affect flour quality and processing accuracy are discussed.These problems are analyzed and solutions are proposed from wheat quality,milling technology,flour granularity,technical characteristics of the roller surface,water yield,soaking time and influence of wheat and flour additives.
