摘要
针对某复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿伴生铜矿物嵌布粒度细小,硫化铁矿物含量高的矿石性质,采用铜优先浮选工艺,应用硫酸亚铁、亚硫酸钠和硫酸锌组合抑制剂和Z-200号与乙黄药为捕收剂,结果表明:对含Cu 0.62%、Pb 7.45%、Zn 4.92%的试样,在粒度-0.074 mm为90%入选时,获得了含Cu 20.35%,回收率63.64%的铜精矿。
In light of the properties of fine cupriferous particles and high-contenting pyritic minerals in complex Cu - Pb - Zn polymetallic sulphide, a flotation process of prior copper recovery was tested by compounding depressors of ferrous sulphate,sodium sulphite and zinc sulphate as well as collectors mix of Z- 200 and sodium ethylxanthate. Under the particle size conditions of minus 0.074 mm 90% and feed containing copper 0.62% ,lead 7.45% and Zinc 4.92%, the results show that the product of copper concentrate grading 20.35 %, copper at a recovery of 63.64% were obtained.
