摘要
某铅锌选厂原矿为高硫难选矿,尾矿中仍有少量锌未能有效回收。为最大程度回收锌资源,本文对锌尾矿性质进行了分析,并采用高效射流浮选机对锌的回收进行了工业试验,结果表明锌尾矿经高效射流浮选机一级浮选后,可得到品位为10.23%的粗精矿,虽难以分选得到合格的精矿产品,但能够有效回收锌资源,取得一定的经济效益。
Zinc content of the tailings of a lead-zinc mine, which is difficult dressing and has high sulfur,is a little high. For the recovery of the remained zinc, mineral analysis is conducted and the high effective jet flotation machine is applied in this mine. The results revealed that a 10.23% zinc concentrate can be obtained by one level high-effective jet flotation and the remained zinc of the tailings can be effectively recovered.
