摘要
植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内的次生代谢物,具有多元酚结构。近年来研究发现,氧化应激能导致骨质疏松。多酚类化合物如茶多酚、葡萄多酚和苹果多酚等均含有酚羟基结构,具有抗氧化作用;葡萄多酚中的白藜芦醇还具有类雌激素样作用,能够预防和治疗绝经所致骨质疏松。该文就几种常见的植物多酚在抗骨质疏松症方面的研究概况及其机制进行了介绍。
Plant polyphenols widely exist in the plants,and is a kind of secondary metabolites,with the structure of polyphenols.Recently,some studies have found that oxidative stress can lead to osteoporosis.Plant polyphenols such as tea polyphenols,grape polyphenols and apple polyphenol contain phenolic structure,so they are antioxidants.Resveratrol has estrogen-like effects,and they can prevent and treat postmenopausal osteoporosis.The article summarizes several plant polyphenols the present research situation of antiosteoporosis and interaction mechanisms.
